We work with brands at various stages — but fit matters more than size. Ideally we love to see historic ad spend data because it gives us something to work with and optimise from. That said, if you're doing strong organic numbers and haven't touched paid yet, that's one of the most exciting positions to be in. For early stage brands with no data and no traction, it comes down to the industry and whether we genuinely believe we can move the needle. We'd rather be honest upfront than take your money and underdeliver.
Both — and we believe they work best together. Ideally we run your creative and paid media under one roof because when the same team builds the assets and runs the ads, everything is sharper. But we're not rigid about it. If you already have a creative agency or an in-house media buyer, we'll work alongside them. What matters most is alignment — so if we're only handling one side, we make sure the other side is on the same page.
It depends on where you're starting from. If you've got existing data and assets, we can usually start seeing meaningful signals within the first 2–4 weeks. If we're building everything from scratch — creative, landing pages, tracking — it takes a bit longer to lay the foundation, but we move fast. We don't believe in three-month 'learning phases' with nothing to show. You'll see progress from week one, and we report on it clearly so you always know where things stand.
